you got it all backwards...

“ you need to be working 16-hour days to be successful”

tbh, this is bullsh*t

let me tell you why.

There’s this principle called diminishing returns…

And it pretty much means that you can only do so much work before the work you do becomes harmful to your productivity…

There have been times when I’d pull all-nighters doing things, wake up late the next day, and then fall into a pattern of half-ass work for a few days…

It throws you off.

And then it takes even more effort to get back on track.

Realistically, if you just lock in for 4-5 hours —- with no distractions, you’ll get enough done

The goal here is to get consistent results, not intense results.

The consistently lasts longer.

Now, don't get me wrong, being intense for short periods of time can help you get the ball rolling, but when you zoom out to a longer time view, small, consistent action is what’s going to give you massive results.

“Winning big” looks boring as hell every day. With the same tasks being done and small tweaks every day until something clicks.
